Organic and Health Food Stores

Here are the best stores for buying organic and health food in Puerto Rico

It is not easy eating organic in Puerto Rico. Thus the closer you are to this store the better. The above store on highway 11 (south side) in Fajardo has a very good selection of organic food and will special order for you. You can even get goat's milk there. It does not have fresh produce.



Wal Marts around the island will carry some fresh organic produce with the super Wal Marts carrying the most. All will have some organic canned goods and drinks. Fresh Mart is perhaps the best place to find fresh organic produce but some stores are better than others with the one closest to the Plaza Las Americas being the best.
